Eli Berchan is an award winning, internationally acclaimed event creator, a graduate in Hospitality Management from both Les Roches International School of Hotel Management and the Institut Hotelier Cesar Ritz in Switzerland.
He's also the author of SUMAC®, A Leap of Faith, the true story behind his restaurant, SUMAC®.
